also drainage may be needed around basements
This is true@imhikki, however, seeing as though I”m not in NJ, I couldn’t see the home first hand.
They did however just buy a home, not the one I “inspected online”. They have reported that the basement doesn’t have any moisture issues….as of yet;-)
